I am seeing some current owner/users being forced to sell their properties due to a decrease in business. Therefore, it becomes necessary for some of those owners to quickly sell their assets and minimize their losses; thus providing an opportunity for thriving companies to find some fantastic lending terms through the SBA to purchase a building.
